WARRANTY INFORMATION

Warranty Statement:

At Ghent, we stand behind the quality of our American-made products. Every whiteboard, glassboard, display case, and visual communication tool is built to last. We guarantee all products will ship free from defects in material and workmanship. If any product fails to perform under normal use, and when installed in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and recommendations, Ghent will replace it. Ghent reserves the right to make alterations in design and construction or discontinue products without prior notice. If items are discontinued, Ghent reserves the right to repair or replace defective components with equivalent components, if available.

Our warranty policy ensures your investment is protected against defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions and installed according to manufacturer instructions.

What Is Covered:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Failure of product components under normal use conditions
• Replacement of defective parts or, when necessary, the entire product
    

What is Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear, fading, or cosmetic scratches
• Accidental damage, abuse, or misuse (including exposure to harsh chemicals or environments)
• Improper installation or modifications not performed by Ghent or an authorized installer
• Environmental damage such as moisture, extreme temperatures, UV exposure, or weather (unless covered by outdoor product line)
• Products used outside their intended purpose

General Warranty Guidelines:

In general, the following warranties will be applied to Ghent products. Please visit the appropriate product pages on the website and refer to spec sheets for products specific warranties as there may be some variance.

• Wall Mounted Glassboards: 50 Years
• Wall Mounted Porcelain Whiteboards: 50 Years
• Wall Mounted Painted Steel Whiteboards: 20 Years
• Wall Mounted Non-Magnetic Whiteboards: 10 Years
• Bulletin/Tackable Fabrics/Tackable Cork: 10 Years
• Enclosed Boards: 10 Years
• Mobile Boards: 10 Years
• Conference Cabinets: 10 Years
• Display Cases: Limited Lifetime
• Space Division: Limited Lifetime
• Outdoor: 5-10 Year Structural Warranty; 1-3 Year Finish Warranty

Component Specific Warranty:

Products with multiple components may have component specific warranties. Ghent warrants that specific components of products ship free from defects in material and workmanship. The warranty is specific to the individual components of the product. Warranties will only be extended by the period which the supplier extends to Ghent. See ghent.com/warranties to see which products are eligible for component specific warranties.

Limited Lifetime Warranty:

Ghent warrants all display cases to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and care. This limited lifetime warranty covers replacement of parts and material only. This warranty does not cover glass breakage or scratches, light bulbs, or any other damage when used in a manner other than intended.
