GMi Companies Named in Top Workplaces USA 2025

We’ve got exciting news to share: GMi Companies, the parent company of Ghent, has been named one of the USA Today Top Workplaces 2025! This honor comes straight from the people who know us best—our incredible employees. The recognition is based on feedback from a third-party survey done by Energage, LLC, which measures 15 key factors that make a workplace great, such as alignment, connection, and how well the company executes its goals. We had 167 employees at GMi complete the survey.
