So good, in fact, that your order will be drop shipped from our facility to your location within 72 hours of receiving the PO. We guarantee that our products arrive as expected, or we replace them for free – fast. We will expedite your replacement and ship it within 48 hours.

Our investment in Dura-Packed packaging technology and our mastery over the complexities of packing and shipping products has resulted in the lowest damage rates in the industry. Layers of bubble wrap, our specially engineered foam pillow system and shaped cardboard corner protection are all carefully applied before leaving our warehouse. We create custom products that are made-to-order, as well as a variety of high-style / high-design that take longer to make. Even with customization, the majority of our products leave our facility within 10 days of PO receipt.
