Four Trends For NeoCon 2025

With NeoCon 2025 right around the corner, contract furniture brands are gearing up to take the world stage with fresh ideas, new trends, and bold innovation. From sustainability to smart design, here’s a sneak peek into the trends we’ll be showcasing and embracing for NeoCon 2025: 

Smart Design

Consumers are becoming more and more discerning when it comes to new products; they want to see not only innovation, but sustainable solutions. Sustainability is paramount, with Forbes citing the PwC Pulse Report and finding that 80% of companies plan to maintain or increase sustainability efforts, meaning that sustainability should be at the front of our minds, too. 

We explored the intersection between innovation and sustainability in each of our products. Some that we are bringing to NeoCon include: 

• One of our newest products, the Flyte Duo, features a dual-sided whiteboard with ultra-light construction. With both gloss and matte surfaces, Flyte gives consumers more utility within the same amount of space and is perfectly adaptable to any environment.
• Our cutting-edge Aria Connect exemplifies both sustainability and innovation with a camera integrated with our BIFMA LEVEL® 2 certified Aria glassboard. This allows for hybrid workplaces to be able to collaborate without barriers, increasing collaboration. 

Mobility

As workplaces shift and adapt to different collaboration styles and goals, so does design. Mobility and design in the workplace go hand in hand to create a space where ideas are born, and connections are made. Flexibility is necessary in making this a reality; employers want to provide flexible spaces with flexible products to promote creativity and out of the box thinking.

Inclusivity 

In 2025, the forefront of office design is neurodiversity. With 15% to 20% of the population being neurodivergent, employers are beginning to understand that every brain is different—and everyone should feel supported and uplifted in the workplace. Employees are seeking spaces that accommodate different work styles, personalities, and foster connections and collaboration.

• For individuals with hyperactivity or sensory processing disorders, acoustic solutions can be extremely beneficial for creating “quiet spaces” where employees can retreat to concentrate and focus without outside distractions. Our Control Shelving Units feature noise-reducing PET panels to create a productive environment in any workplace. 
• For individuals who find it difficult to sit still or those with ADHD, our Geo Collection provides a stimulating way to collaborate with the team. The Geo Collection features visually dynamic Glassboards that allow stand-up and mobile collaboration and idea sharing.

Innovation has spearheaded Design and Architecture trends for years, and consumers are ready for a whole lot more. From high quality materials to advanced engineering and technology, we paved the way for barrier-breaking products. Below are some of our favorite out of the box products we’re bringing back to NeoCon this year: 

• Last year GRVT hit NeoCon, and it’s back again this year. GRVT is a mobile collaboration hub that can move from indoors to outdoors to foster collaboration anywhere.
